Semester Start 24 x 7 IT Phone Support
The UMS IT Support Center is pleased to announce a single semester pilot program that will ensure you have the IT support you need during semester startup, and will help us gain a better understanding of how to support you during future semesters. This pilot program is to provide 2 weeks of 24-hour phone support beginning the morning of January 17 and running through midnight on January 30. Walk-in assistance at the IT Support Centers will continue to be offered during regular hours of operation. On January 31, telephone support will return to regular coverage hours.
